1. INQUIRIES
We aim to reply all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply from us within 72 hours, please re-send us your request.
Most materials, colours and finish can be customised on demand. All colours based on Pantone colour standard.

2. SAMPLES
Convince yourself of the quality of our products by ordering samples. Sample charges apply but will be refunded upon confirmation of the order. Sample lead time is around 7 - 10 days. All samples are sent on collect basis.

3. PRICES
All prices are quoted on FOB terms. The minimum order amount (MOA) is USD 6,000 - 8,000 per order depending on items. Please contact us for a quotation before placing orders as prices may vary depending on quantities, customisations, availability, prices of raw material and components.

4. DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery terms are FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong by sea. Please contact us for other terms of delivery. All prices are based on payment in US dollars by 30% deposit with balance before shipment or by L/C at sight.
Because we have years of exporting experience, we know that meeting delivery dates is of prime importance. We make use of professional transport companies who can guarantee correct deliveries.

5. PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
After sample approval and order confirmation, our normal production lead time is around 45 days. For a smooth processing of your order, please contact us for confirmation of lead-time before order confirmation. Lead-times may vary depending on seasons, availability of raw material and components.
All orders are strictly quality controlled before shipments. Please contact us prior to ordering for any specific quality requirements.

6. VALUE-ADDED SERVICE
Apart from providing good quality products to our clients, we also offer value-added services to match your requirements. They includes packaging design, translation, tailor-made product design etc.
